The information stored in GPMDB can be accessed in many ways, depending on the
specific interests of a researcher. This page allows access to collections of
entries in GPMDB, based on specific Gene Ontology identifiers. These
collections were produced by retrieving all of the human ENSEMBL protein IDs
corresponding to a particular biological process or cell component. These lists
were then searched against the current contents of GPMDB and all entries that
matched these IDs were returned.
By selecting the appropriate entries below, you can see the results of these
searches, as well as refresh the search page to get the most recent list of
entries in the GPMDB. New collections will be added to this list, from time to
time.
